Refund Policy

Each stylist is a booth renter and an independent contractor. Please contact your stylist with any adjustment requests. However, it is standard policy not to offer refunds. Stylists will gladly adjust any concerns with in 3 days of services provided. Client must come in the salon in person, pictures are not accepted.
